THIS IS A 1972 SERRO SCOTTY SPORTSMAN Hi LANDER my wife & i bought to restore but our plans have changed, life happens. It would make someone a nice vintage camper with a little work. it's fairly solid except for the left front seam is separated. the previous owner put it up on jackstands and it slid off and put a hole in the floor, easy fix. it has a stove, oven and sink in the kitchen area, working condition unknown. it has a toilet, sink and shower in the bathroom. i have never plugged it in or tested any of the fixtures so their working condition is unknown? i have repacked the wheel bearings and installed 2 new tires where i bought it in Maryland. i towed it back just over 700 miles and it did fine. i have a good title for it. tows with a 2" ball and has a new 7 prong plug for the lights. it doesn't seem to leak and we get some good storms here in east Tennessee. all the glass is good. it has NOT been cleaned up. sold "as is". these are bringing big money restored and are showing up at car shows across the country, there is even a vintage scotty owners association. asking $1500 or best REASONABLE offer |
